Beginning Music for Kids | Keyboard for Kids | Guitar for Kids
Beginning Music for Kids Level 1, 2 & 3 (ages 3–6)
Beginning Music for Kids (BMK) classes are HMA's most renowned programs. BMK classes are divided into 3 levels. BMK 1 & 2 (ages 3 to 5) and BMK 3 (ages 4 to 6), and all classes are taught using the COLOR SOUNDATION method, our unique education system that introduces essential music skills to children at an early age. Students will learn the fundamentals of music study, with an emphasis on developing pitch and rhythm―two important elements best learned early in every musician's life. They will also be exposed to a broad range of music genres such as Classical, Jazz, Latin, and Pops with age-appropriate lessons in listening, singing and the playing of instruments. Students conclude each level of studies with fun filled ensemble performance for their friends and families!
